International Sales – Terms & Conditions
Specialty Products of America (SP) is a global supplier of quality Specialty Chemicals for industrial use. Headquartered in Tallahassee, Florida, USA, SP works with its clients in several countries to market and sell products.
Quotation & Product Specifications: SP provides quotation and product specifications prior to receipt of a confirmed order. All prices quoted are Ex-Works (3191 West Tharpe Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32303, USA) in US Dollars.
Pro Forma Invoice: A Pro Forma Invoice with detailed product(s) information is provided after confirmation by the customer.
Production: Our proprietary formulations are tailored to specific customer’s problems. Products are produced after buyers confirmation of terms of sale outlined in the Pro Forma Invoice and receipt of agreed advance (30% – 50% of the Total Order Value).
Regulatory Requirements: Information on specific statutory and regulatory requirement of importing country must be provided at the time of order confirmation.
Inspection: Prior to final purchase, buyer is allowed to inspect the finished goods at our facility. Buyer can appoint an agent to do so.
Balance Payment: Upon satisfactory inspection, before shipment, buyer must pay the balance amount to complete the transaction and take delivery of the goods.
Shipment: SP will (at buyer’s expense) assist in transferring the goods to customer’s consolidating site or agent of choice.
